@ravii and the four hours are not contiguous, which is the actual problem. Nobody has ever had four uninterrupted hours in an office.
@nadiad for shift workers this advice is close to cruel. You cannot fix the thing the job is built on breaking.
The one that got me was the tongue map. Confidently taught, completely made up, and it took me until my thirties to find out.
@miraj the timescale mismatch is the cleanest explanation I have read of why nothing changes regardless of who is running it.
People say they want it in the way they say they want to read more. The revealed preference is thirty years of buying houses with bigger gardens and higher fences.
@daran partly. Plenty of local papers were also stripped by owners who took the margin out rather than reinvesting, and that was a choice made by identifiable people, not an accident of classifieds.
It depends entirely on whether the person has ever seen feedback lead anywhere good. Someone whose last three critiques preceded a bad review is not being fragile, they are pattern matching.

Time and energy. Cooking from raw after a twelve-hour shift is a different ask from cooking from raw on a Sunday.
