@emily some of it is funding arriving in chunks — you build what you can afford this year. Ugly, but it is not always cowardice.

Calling it phone addiction misses it. Most people are bored at work, and the phone is the only thing that isn't.

No, and I think the honest answer for most people is no. What changes minds is a person you know saying it over a long period.
