The ones you cannot name are the business model. Nobody is building a company on the customers who are paying attention.
Depends entirely on whether you live somewhere with a station. In a city it is an indulgence, twenty miles out it is the job.
It is not that nobody is working on it, it is that the payment model is wrong. Countries that pay a subscription for availability rather than per dose have started getting somewhere.
