The bit that took me longest was realising it is not a sign anything is wrong. Nobody fell out. The building just stopped putting us in the same room.
Or the feedback was bad. An enormous amount of what gets called honest feedback is somebody being careless and then congratulating themselves on their courage.
This is a comfortable thing for people like us to believe and it is not what anyone says when you actually ask them. Some of it is about services and some of it plainly is not.
Two variables explain nearly everything: how much there is to do, and whether the person above you is reasonable. Neither appears in the wellbeing survey.
Per person yes. The countryside is not competing on that axis, it is where the thing being protected actually is.
