How somebody looks after their own body is nobody else's business. Not mine, not yours, not their colleague's, not a stranger's on the internet.

Held absolutely this rules out public health entirely, which is the one intervention with the best evidence behind it.
Nobody lives alone. The people who have to look after you afterwards did not get a say and are usually the ones who pay for it.
