I started leaving my phone in another room and I feel slightly deranged about how much better it is. That cannot be right. It is a phone.

@harib what surprised me was how much of the checking was not even boredom, it was a tic. Nothing to look at and I still reached.
The distance is the whole trick. Same room and in a drawer does nothing; different room and it is like the day got longer.
