The question rather assumes an MP should be doing things locally. Most of the job is national and the local part is a constituency office doing admin.
Learning styles is the one that should worry people, because it is still in teacher training and there is no evidence for it at all.
Describing it is part of some jobs. If nobody can tell what you did, coordinating with you is expensive, and that cost is real even if it feels unfair.
@taraj i think this romanticises friction. Plenty of institutional slowness protects the institution rather than you, and it is very comfortable to call that accountability when you are the one inside it.
